Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before enrolling in any program or purchasing a service from Next Leap Education.

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which students or users may request refunds or cancel their enrollment in any course or service offered by Next Leap Education.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of enrollment or payment confirmation.
  • Refunds will be processed only if the student has not completed more than 20% of the course content or attended more than 2 live sessions (whichever comes first).
  • After 14 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund request, email us at operation@nextleapeducation.com with your registered email ID, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.
  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your enrollment within the first 14 days by submitting a written request to our Operation team.
  • Once a cancellation is processed and refund (if applicable) issued, access to the course materials and platform will be revoked.
  • After the 14-day period, cancellations are not eligible for a refund but you may continue to access your enrolled course for the remaining duration.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances such as duplicate transactions or technical payment errors, refunds may be granted beyond the 14-day period upon verification by our finance team.
